YLF Cosmetology Institute

The YLF Cosmetology Institute is located in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas. Hot Springs is located in the Ouachita Mountains and is well known for its naturally heated springs, Bathhouse Row, shopping, dining, gaming and nightlife. 

The newly renovated facility is a 5,000 square foot, state-of-the-art learning center with multiple classrooms and individual learning spaces that simulate a real salon and spa environment. The institute has 40 Styling Stations, manicure tables, pedicure chairs, skin care room with 2 facial beds, student lounge, private esthetic room, dispensary, reception area and office. 

We’re a proud Pivot Point® Partner School. Meaning we’re able to use the curriculum and course materials provided by Pivot Point International. For over 50 years, Pivot Point® has been the industry standard in beauty education and trained successful beauty professionals from all over the globe.

Our hybrid learning model provides students with a combination of digital classes and modules paired with simulated, live salon environments where students master skills in hair styling, precision hair sculpting, the art of permanent hair coloring, perming, the many forms of highlighting, balayage, many forms of hair extensions, eyebrow extensions, and esthetics.
